About

This stylish and classy Italian-made Uniesse 48 Open, is cruising offshore like only a few, even newer boats can. The Uniesse 48, designed by the American designer Fred Hudson, has a deep-vee that together with the heavy weight for its length, create a great ride even in rough waters. The condition of the boat is really great and it looks like a much newer boat. The accommodation can be compared with a five star hotel.

FAQ's
How do I choose the right charter vessel?

Consider your group size, the make-up of the group and your itinerary.

Level of comfort – tell us the level of comfort you are used to or are looking for, and we can make suitable suggestions. Your budget is also an important factor.

The activities you would like to do during the week play an important role, as some vessels are much better suited than others for certain activities.

Use your charter experts – we are here to help you every step of the way and to make sure the whole process is as easy as possible.

What happens when I request a quote?

As soon as we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of the boat you want and check other options if needed. Our aim is to ensure you have the best possible experience, so we might get in touch with you to discuss your request in more detail.

What is the Charter Fee?

The Charter Fee is a mandatory expense that usually covers the boat’s final cleaning, fees for the boat’s home port, and the cost of providing linen and towels. The specific amount and breakdown of the Charter Fee can vary based on the type of boat and the itinerary.

Are there any other costs I should be aware of?

The expenses for marina fees and fuel are subject to change based on the type, duration, and location of your sailing trip. Marina fees are charged for each overnight stay, and the amount can vary. You may be able to obtain this information ahead of time by reaching out to the marinas directly. Fuel costs depend on whether you’re operating a motorboat or sailboat and can be approximated by considering the engine of your chosen boat and the projected distance you plan to sail.

Do we have to pay a security deposit?

Chartering a boat, like renting a car, necessitates a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit is determined by the make and model of the boat and can vary. Following a thorough inspection to ensure that the boat is undamaged, the deposit will be refunded to you.

What do I need to bring with me?

The key for sailing charters is simplicity and a minimum of unneeded extras. Casual and breezy beach attire is certainly the order of the day on deck, though for evenings ashore, slacks or a sundress are more appropriate.
Rubber soled shoes as opposed to hard soles are recommended aboard our vessels, so bring boat shoes or tennis shoes. Above all, protection from the sun is vital – lots of suntan lotion, wide-brimmed hats or sailing caps, sunglasses, a towel, loose-fitting cotton cover-ups and your cellphone/camera. Early or late in the season, a light windproof jacket might help to warm you up when the sun starts dropping. Our vessels are fully equipped with snorkeling gear but if you have your own mask and flippers, you are welcome to bring them. Don’t forget to pack it all in soft-shell baggage for easy onboard storage.
